Bruno’s Services Corporation (“company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is authorized to use the trademark of “Bruno’s Barbers”, which is registered in the Philippines. Our company is also the registered owner and operator of all Bruno’s Barbers branches.
Our company is committed to protect and respect the privacy of your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“Data Privacy Act”), its implementing Rules and Regulations, and all related issuances of the National Privacy Commission (“NPC”).
This Bruno’s Barbers Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Bruno’s Services Corporation (referred to as “Bruno’s Barbers” below) collects, uses, discloses, and disposes personal information of customers through our websites and online services, including www.brunosbarbers.com, online pages, online booking appointment through our online platforms, and online stores that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”), through our programs and Service Availment Form in our physical Bruno’s Barbers stores in the Philippines, (“Services”). This Policy does not apply to websites and services that display or link to different privacy statements. Websites and services co-branded with other partners may display or link to a joint privacy statement or separate privacy statements of our partners in addition to our Policy. By accessing the Sites or utilizing the Services, you hereby consent to the use of your information, including your personal information, in the manner described in this Policy. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you authorize Bruno’s Barbers to transmit your information to us in the course of official transactions gathered from you whenever you visit our stores.

For data and personal information collected and received at www.brunosbarbers.com, online platforms, and online stores, we only kept your data and personal information as long as your account is active in accordance with the foregoing purposes. Client information will be disposed five (5) years from the date of the last transaction.
The data and personal information collected at our physical stores will be retained or stored physically in locked cabinets and digitally-protected hard drives for five (5) years from the date of the last transaction or until the expiration of the retention limits set by applicable laws, whichever comes later. After that, it is disposed of. Additionally, once permanently deleted, your personal information cannot be recovered.
Does Bruno’s Barbers Share Personal Information with Third Parties?
Bruno’s Barbers shares your personal information in limited ways.

• We may share information with Bruno’s Services Corporation.
