• With pleasing personality and good work ethics
• College Graduate, preferably Business Management,
• With a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in managerial capacity
• Must be proficient in various office (ie. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and operations software
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills
• With strong leadership, managerial and people skills
• Dynamic, result-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Must be able to handle a group of branches and manage over-all performance in terms of revenue and operations


Responsible for managing the over-all sales and operations performance of multiple branches

Sales Achievement and Monitoring

• Proposes sales targets and sales strategies
• Communicates targets and directions to subordinates to realize objectives
• Provides and analyzes income and expense statements for the determination of branch profitability

Customer Relations Management

• Serves as role model in providing excellent relations to both internal and external clientele
• Gives clear directions and establishes a regular and clear line of communication with Branch Managers to address operational, sales and employee/independent contractor concerns
• Leads and motivates all branch personnel to achieve client satisfaction and loyalty

Branch Management

• Upholds the standards of the branches through constant coordination with the Branch Manager and through regular visits
• Ensures the branch’s aesthetical, sanitary and safety standards


• Manages multiple Branch Managers and provide them with management expertise
• Ensures that subordinates are trained on their responsibilities, and complies with the Company policies and procedures/ rules and regulations

Cost Control and Loss Prevention

• Formulates cost control measures and responsible for the cost effectiveness of the branch
• Observes budget and manning requirements. Makes recommendations on adjustments when necessary.
