BRANCH MANAGER

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• With pleasing personality and good work ethics
• Graduate of any four year business course, with a minimum of 2 years supervisory/managerial experience preferably in a salon, barbershop or customer-related establishments
• Must be proficient in various office (ie. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) and operations software
• With excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic, result-oriented, organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• With strong leadership, managerial and people skills
• Must be willing to be assigned in various branches

JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible for maintaining the branch’s operational standards and ensures positive over-all performance of the branch in terms of revenue and service through effective sales strategies, people motivation, service excellence and cost management
